Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the ODDS iOS app or the joinodds.app guest experience (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The game — points are fictional

ODDS is a social prediction party game. Points have no monetary value: they cannot be purchased, cannot be won as prizes, and can never be converted into money, goods, or anything else. ODDS is not gambling and must not be used to organize real-money wagers.

3. Eligibility

The Service is rated 17+. You must be at least 17 years old to use it. Some content (the SPICY deck) sits behind an additional in-app age confirmation.

4. Player-written content

During a night, players can write custom markets ("dossiers") about other players at the table. You are responsible for what you write. You agree not to submit content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit about non-consenting persons, or unlawful. We enforce this with:

• automatic filtering of hateful language on nicknames and dossiers;
• the host's ability to skip any card and to permanently remove any player from the table;
• a contact channel — report abuse at support@joinodds.app.

Dossiers exist only inside a private room, are displayed anonymously, and are deleted with the room. They are never published.

5. Party Pass subscription

• The Party Pass unlocks premium decks and features. It is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual) billed to your Apple ID.
• The price is shown in the app before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the Service, attempt to access other players' data, reverse engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. The obvious social clause

ODDS surfaces questions between friends. What your table asks, answers, or confesses is between you. Play with people you trust, respect the right of anyone to skip a card, and don't use the game to harm someone.

8. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service — including, for the avoidance of doubt, the consequences of truths revealed at your table.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
